Designed by the award-winning architect James Grose, the Boomerang Beach House is a leading example of environmentally sensitive architecture. The ultimate retreat on Australia's sunshine coast, the property is ideal for romantic getaways, family holidays and gatherings of friends.

• Style: Contemporary luxury: eco-design and state-of-the-art facilities. Everything in the house is ultra-modern and super-indulgent - from the oversized showers to the espresso machine. Eco features include rainwater tanks, low-voltage lighting, cross-ventilation and native landscaping.
• Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The main house sleeps up to 12, in two king-size rooms with en suites and two double bunk rooms that share a family bathroom. The private 'bedroom pavilion' - with its king-sized bedroom, en suite and office - is in a separate section of the house, adjoined by a decked platform area. All rooms boast gob-smacking ocean views.
• For relaxation: Unwind in the spacious comfort of the stylish living and dining areas that open onto a central decking overhanging the ocean. Massages and spa treatments can also be arranged.
