Just a stone throw from the beach, Tides Reach is a wonderful family home for a restful coastal stay

• Style: Contemporary, fresh and clutter-free beach house. Squidgy sofas and comfortable beds make this the perfect haven for a relaxing stay just a stone’s throw from the beach.
• Bedrooms: There are four bedrooms at the property, three which enjoy sea views, ranging from a super king size double with own bathroom, to a large twin/king-size room with en suite shower room, large double with own bathroom and New England style bunk room. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. 
• For relaxation: If you’re not dining al fresco, then make the most of the large summery sitting room, where you can flop in front of the large plasma TV after a hard day at the beach.
• For recreation: Don your flip flops and head to the beach.
• Practicalities: There is a utility room at the property with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Driveway parking for 4-5 cars.

Outside

If the weather is kind, soak up the sun on the decked patio. The perfect garden for al fresco dining, make the most of the BBQ, whilst toasting the summer at the outside dining area.

Please note: Tides Reach is located along a residential road with a private, gated entrance and, although the garden is large and secluded with plenty of natural screening, there are neighbouring properties.

Food and Wine

• DIY: Make yourself at home in the brand new new fully fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences that include a large American refridgerator, microwave, dishwasher and two ovens for those planning to entertain.
• In-house cuisine: If you’d like to put your feet up and relax for an evening and don’t fancy going out to dinner, then we have local catering contacts that can create everything from a fish pie to a 3-course gourmet meal.
• Eating out: Local villages are within 5 minutes drive and a large supermarket is 10 minutes away. Climping; for breakfast, lunch and tea, The Tudor Rose – Arundel, while if you fancy something a little more spicy, head to India Gate restaurant, Arundel.

Getting there:

• On the map: Located on the Sussex coast, in an upmarket private seaside estate.
• By car: Under 90 minutes from London and 30 minutes from Shoreham airport.
• By train: The nearest train station to the property is at Angmering which is 10 mins walk from the house, or 3 mins drive from the house
• By plane: Tides Reach is 45 minutes from London Gatwick and 90 minutes from Heathrow.

Out and About

• For those of you who like to stay active during your holiday, there are golf courses, a tennis and sailing club nearby.
• As well as being beachside, to the north of the Beach House lie the south downs where you can go walking, horse riding, visiting local villages and pubs.
• If you prefer the buzz of a city Brighton or Worthing are just a short train ride or car journey away.
• For children: There is the Wetlands Centre at Arundel, Drucillas Zoo and Fishers Farm.
• If you’re looking for a little culture, then Goodwood Races, Chichester Festival Theatre and Arundel Castle and Cathedral might be of interest
• For shopaholics, head to Arundel for antiques, The Lanes in Brighton for great jewellery finds and local Farmers Markets to ensure you enjoy the best of local while you are away.
