• Bedrooms: Choose from five well appointed bedrooms. Upstairs offers 2 doubles (one ensuite) and one twin room. Downstairs there are 2 single bedrooms.
• Bathrooms: One ensuite bedroom with bath, family bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs the 2 singles bedrooms have use of a bathroom with bath and shower and there is also a separate shower and toilet.
• For relaxation: In the cooler months relax fireside in the comfortable armchairs, when the sunshines then enjoy an al fresco lunch before heading back to the beach. The second sitting room with seaviews is perfect for a peaceful haven from the hub of the house.
• For recreation: Dig out the board games for a family challenge round the kitchen table or stroll to the village amidst the hustle of Trevone.
• Practical ities: Washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher. Allocated off-road parking for 2 cars with a third available if necessary.

Outside

Spill outside from the sitting room and enjoy the peace and seclusion of the sunny decking area to the rear of the house where you can relax on the loungers. The sea facing decking area is perfect for BBQ's with bench style seating and shady umbrella. Pretty blossom trees and summer plantings combine.

Safety Note: Trevone Beach is just a short walk away from the house (approx 10 minutes) Access is via the single lane road winding down through the village, please do note that this is also the main vehicular access to the beach so children should be supervised at all times.

Food and Wine

• DIY: Large open plan family kitchen with good sized oven,microwave and all mod cons. Make the most of the fresh seafood caught locally from nearby Padstow or enjoy a summer BBQ on the deck.
• In-house cuisine: Catering is available at an additional cost and is to be arranged direct with the caterers. We are able to provide you with contacts for recommended caterers on request.
• Eating out: With Rick Stein's empire of eateries just 10 minutes away you are in the heart of superb Cornish fare. Further afield the coastline is scattered with award winning restaurants and traditional pubs.
