• Style: From the moment you arrive, The Hills offers a real sense of space. Elegant furnishings and feature artwork by Christiana Kubrick and Nathan Walsh bring character and individual charm to the house. Sumptuous rich fabrics sit against fresh neutral colours maintaining the light and tranquil feel of the house. 
• Layout: Formal dining room, open plan kitchen with lounge area, smaller den ideal for children, more formal sitting room and games room with full size snooker table.The basement area is home to the luxury pool and spa.
• Bedrooms: Choose from six large and well appointed bedrooms on the first and second floor, all of which are fully air conditioned. The Grand Master Suite extends to some 1200sq/ft  with separate sitting area, walk in dressing room, decked balcony and 6ft super king bed. Three further king-size doubles can be found of the first floor whilst the top floor has a Guest bedroom with large king-size double bed and finally a twin with an  additional sofa bed if required. 
  
• Bathrooms:All of the bedrooms on the first floor have en suite bathroom facilities. The master bedroom has a deep bath and separate shower, three of the doubles have en suite showers and one with bath also. The guest bedroom and twin share a spacious family bathroom with bath and separate shower
• For relaxation: Sink into the spa by the pool with some gentle music as the house busies itself above you. Pull up a sun lounger on the balcony and switch off for a while. Enjoy some family time in the den with a board game perhaps.
• For recreation: Lap the pool before breakfast or team up for a snooker showdown.
• Practicalities: Dishwasher, Washing machine, dryer, wine and champagne fridges.Parking for up to 8 cars.

Outside

The house sits grandly behind the large chunky gates offering privacy and security. Large established trees offer welcome shade in summer months, to the rear of the Grange a large paved area with dining table and chairs is a lovely al fresco space. The garden is safe for children to roam, kick a ball or explore.

Food and Wine

• DIY: The Hills is taken on a self catered basis. The Kitchen is a real hub to the house with a stylish  and contemporary theme. Perfectly practical for large group catering with the luxuries of modern living from the built in coffee machine to the wine and champagne chillers. A wonderful space to get creative whilst still very much feeling part of the house party surrounding you.
• In-house cuisine:  Catering is available at an additional cost and is to be arranged direct with the caterers. We are able to provide you with contacts for recommended caterers on request.
• Wine: An enviable choice of wines can be provided for your stay in advance, please enquire for a selection to choose from
• Eating out: The Washingborough Hall Hotel offers superb cuisine and is just a short 5 minute walk. The Wig and Mitre in Lincoln, a 15 minute drive, or the much acclaimed Winteringham Fields are all well worth a reservation, 1 hour drive.

• By Train: Newark Station will take you to London Kings Cross in 1.5 hours
