• Style: Traditional Georgian charm combines with more contemporary order, stripped floorboards and lovely muted colours offer a fresh and spacious feel. Marvellous attention to detail from the etched glass pane telling a nautical tale to the carved mahogany symmetrical stairwells. Local and natural materials have been used throughout.
• Bedrooms: Choose from two master bedrooms each with sumptuous 5 ft beds, a further two king/superking doubles are available each with lovely garden views. Two twin bedrooms complete the collection of well appointed rooms for up to 12 guests.
  
• Bathrooms: Both of the master bedrooms have beautiful contemporary beach chic bathrooms including carved Carerra marble basins, separate bath and shower, a further family bathroom with bath and hand-held shower can be found on the first floor. Downstairs a generous wet room with toilet, ideal for those sandy feet off the beach
• For relaxation: Relax in a garden chair with a good book, sink into the sumptuous crisp linens after a day in the elements or indulge in an in-house massage (by prior arrangement) in the privacy of Rocklyn Manor
• For recreation: Dig out the garden games, wander down to the pretty Porthilly Cove for a morning dip or hop on the ferry across the waters to Padstow
• Practicalities: Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, garage storage, small study/office. Parking at the house for 3 cars.

Outside

The lush green lawn spills from the house and past the two hand carved granite pillars framing the entrance to Rocklyn Manor.  Ample space to relax in the garden under the shade of the established Cypresses tree, kick a ball or enjoy a morning coffee. The garden is enclosed and very private. Rocklyn Manor really is a haven of calm from the nearby hustle and bustle of Rock just 10 minute walk away

Food and Wine

• DIY: Available on a self catered basis. The spacious kitchen really is extraordinarily well equipped complete with double ovens, double sink and built in coffee machine. The beautiful solid oak cupboards and highly polished granite worktops make the kitchen a lovely hub to the house, the sunny kitchen table is idyllic for casual breakfasts.
• In-house cuisine:  If you would rather leave the cooking to an expert then recommended chefs can offer a masterclass of menus to suit you from formal dining to al fresco BBQ.Catering is available at an additional cost and is to be arranged direct with the caterers. We are able to provide you with contacts for recommended caterers on request.
• Eating out: A mouthwatering choice of eateries right on your doorstep, the much acclaimed L'Estuaire is well worth a visit or head to the Blue Tomato for more of a bistro style supper. Rock can get quite booked up, so we do recommend advance bookings
• Wine: A visit to the nearby Camel Valley near Wadebridge is a must, sit on the sunny terrace and sip their award winning Camel Valley Brut. The beautifully elegant Camel Valley Bacchus is the perfect sundowner and great for that picnic on the beach. Try the infamous Doom Bar Ale from the nearby Sharps Brewery.
